Nothing. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
When you start the search (START on the welcome screen, or "Use GPS" in the menu), the watch reads its position to find the nearest tide station. The position is used only on the watch and is never sent anywhere.
After you confirm a station, the watch asks your phone (through the Garmin Connect app) to download one file with that station's tide predictions for the year. The request contains only the station code and the year. The station code shows roughly which stretch of coast you picked.
Files are served by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our hosting provider and may process your phone's IP address to deliver the file, including in the United States (Cloudflare privacy policy). We do not run analytics and do not receive or keep access logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the file you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); LGPD Art. 7, IX).
Any data handled by this app is handled by the developer, not by Garmin. The download passes through the Garmin Connect app, which is covered by Garmin's own privacy policy.
The watch stores the chosen station and the downloaded tide data. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
We hold no personal data about you. You can still contact us about your data at any time, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
Predictions are astronomical and come from official sources. They do not include wind, pressure, storm surge, waves or currents. Do not use the app for navigation or safety decisions.

Não usamos análise de acesso nem guardamos registros. A base legal é o legítimo interesse em entregar o arquivo pedido (LGPD art. 7º, IX). O relógio guarda a estação escolhida e as marés baixadas; desinstalar o app apaga tudo. Você pode falar conosco sobre seus dados a qualquer momento e reclamar à ANPD. As previsões são astronômicas, de fontes oficiais, e não servem para navegação.
